Dikshita is a designer who goes looking for the difficult challenges and solves them definitively. We worked together at Huge Singapore on a transformational digital beauty product – a mission-critical application for managing thousands of beauty counselors, their managers and their store activities in Japan – and from day one Dikshita hit the ground running. No stranger to collaborative product design, she melded well with the larger team and led her work streams brilliantly – she started off with one and ended the project being in charge of five distinct sections of the app! Dikshita worked fluidly and iteratively and uncovered hidden requirements that presented future opportunities for improvement.
