I worked on this with a team of four. It was part of a project at the MHCID Program at the Universite of Paris Sud.
Problem Statement
There are handicapped tourists who would like to tour the city of Berlin. We would need a digital solution to help plan their itinerary for a day trip to Berlin.
User Personas
- Crystal – 18 years old university student in a wheelchair
- Katri – a 20-year-old who injured her ankle during a soccer tournament and is now using crutches
- Larry – 24 years old with MS disease and is also using crutches
